By downloading and using Runway you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Who can use Runway

Runway is available to users aged 13 and over. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.

Subscription and trial

Runway offers a 7 day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial period.

After the trial you may subscribe to Runway Pro on a weekly basis at £2.99 per week or an annual basis at £19.99 per year. You may also purchase Lifetime access for £49.99 as a one-time purchase that gives permanent access to Runway's features. Lifetime access does not renew and is not a subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

Lifetime access does not include any separately sold products or services that may be offered in future.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID.

Your content

All video ideas, notes, and content you save in Runway belong to you. We make no claim over your content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Runway for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the app or other users.

Disclaimer

Runway is provided as is without any warranty. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from app deletion, device failure, or any other cause.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andy Munyimi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Runway.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
